HEARTCOMPASS SECRETS: Now What?

In this issue, I'm going to go waaaaaaay out on a limb
and share a video with you that I found both exciting and
inspiring.

The video is an interview with a man who has been studying
mind, consciousness, spirituality and the physical world
from a scientific point of view for many years. Some of
what he says may not make sense or ring true for you at
this time.

However, about a third of the way into this 35 minute
interview, he has some amazing things to say about the
"heart". I highly recommend listening to the entire
interview. You will learn some amazing things about
your mind and heart!

HEARTCOMPASS SECRETS: Mind, Heart, & Money

Connecting with the Heart creates an experience of oneness or
at-onement in the mind.

Money (the thought of it, use of words related to money,
and/or the handling of it) creates an experience of separation
or a-loneness in the mind.

I am not making this up!

In fact, I apologize for using the word in this newsletter,
but it is necessary to bring awareness to something that is
buried very deeply in the collective subconscious mind.

New Scientist Magazine just published an article on research
results called "How Money Messes With Your Mind". These are
legitimate scientific studies, backing up something I have
known in my heart about money for a long time. I strongly
recommend that you read this article.

I realize that I am going against the current of most spiritual
and metaphysical teaching these days. In fact, I dropped out
for a couple of years in order to examine the issue and come
to some resolution and peace with it before moving forward.

The truth is, if I were to ask you for money in exchange for
receiving this newsletter, I would be creating in my mind as
well as yours an experience of "disconnect" in the Heart.
This is not some sort of ethical issue. It's just simple
scientific fact. The exchange of money for products and
services creates a cascade of electrical and hormonal stress
that leads to incoherence in the Heart's energy field.
When this field is disrupted, our connection to Source and
to each other is impaired.

Now, in most cases, this would not be considered of much
consequence. People know and accept that most stuff that
we buy has been produced purely for the purpose of making
a profit.

But that is not the case with the Heartcompass and the
LifeNavigation System.

Asking you to give me money for the Heartcompass and LifeNav
System would create the opposite effect or outcome that was
originally intended. And we probably wouldn't even notice it
because we take this exchange so totally for granted as it is
deeply ingrained in our minds.

And of course there is the Law of Attraction, which sidesteps
this issue with the explanation that money is "just energy".
Everything is energy, but that doesn't mean it is something
that will enhance or benefit our lives in the long run.
This is where we get the "double whammy"...we "think" we
want something, use the Law of Attraction to get it, and
don't even realize the effect it is having on our hearts and
minds...

THIS WEEK'S LIFENAVIGATION TIP: Accepting The Truth

To understand how this has happened over the last few hundred,
or perhaps thousands, of years I deeply hope you will take
the time to watch this week's Featured Video.
This video is making the rounds on the Internet as more and
more people are connecting to their own inner guidance and
are prepared to accept the truth.

It has taken me a long time to accept the truth I have
known all along in my Heart about money. But now that I
have accepted it I know that new doors and new possibilities
will be opened. I will continue to give and receive freely,
as was my intention for the new year. So far so good!

HEARTCOMPASS SECRETS: Review: What Is Your Heartcompass?

We have many new subscribers to this newsletter - Welcome!

This week I would like to review briefly what your Heartcompass
is, and where the LifeNavigation Process came from.

Your Heartcompass is an inner guidance system that lets you
know whether your thoughts, beliefs, and the physical manifestations
of your subconscious mind are in alignment with your heart's
desires.

Your Heart is your connection to source, or spirit, or what
you might call "the real You." It is constantly sending you
signals concerning the truth about what your conscious and
subconscious mind is projecting and perceiving. If the contents
of your mind are false or fear-based, you will receive a
signal that creates a "negative" emotion. If the contents of
your mind are true and Love-based, you will receive a signal
that creates a "positive" emotion.

Of course, the "you" sending the signal, and the "you"
receiving it are one and the same...just observing the whole
experience from different viewpoints (yes, you can be in two
places at the same time - remember your Quantum Theory?).

I used to believe that the purpose of this whole process was
to manifest physical experience that was in alignment with
what I "wanted". What I have come to know is that the reason
is much deeper and more meaningful (at least to me).

Very briefly, our "negative" experiences give us awareness of
what we are not, providing the contrast necessary to become
aware of who and what we are. As this awareness grows, our
thoughts, beliefs, physical manifestations and emotions all
come into alignment with this knowledge. And that results in
a life experience that is joyful, meaningful, healthy, and
prosperous in many ways.

The physical manifestations may or may not be what we "think"
we wanted, but they will always be in alignment with our
best and highest good, and be a reflection or mirror of the
joyful thoughts and feelings in our mind.

THIS WEEK'S LIFENAVIGATION TIP: The LifeNavigation Process

The LifeNavigation Process is a result of my own desire to
find a simple yet effective technique for resolving stress
and creating a happier, more prosperous life.

I studied the Law of Attraction with Abraham-Hicks for many
years. I learned how to use Vision Boards. I wrote down
my dreams, desire, and goals.

I used these techniques until I realized I had been happier,
and got better results, before I started applying them.

I felt there was truth to the teachings, but something about
the processes being taught was amiss. That's when it hit
me that all of these techniques focused on the "head", whereas
all through my life I had been guided by my Heart. When I
was guided by my Heart, I always got what I wanted...in fact,
my family had a saying, "What Ilana wants, Ilana gets."
I think they were a bit jealous...

Anyway, I wanted to combine what I learned from my own life
experience with what I had learned about the workings of
the conscious and subconcsious mind. I wanted to connect my
mind and Heart.

As a result of that intention, I woke up
one morning with the LifeNavigation Process complete in
my head. I went out and bought some inexpensive office
supplies and started using it right away. The results
were so amazing, I just had to understand how it really
worked, and how I could teach it to others.

That's how I moved through the "Unconscious Competent", to
the "Conscious Incompetent", and finally the "Conscious
Competent" stage of deliberate creation. Along the way I
have discovered who I really am and what I really want in my
life. Not too bad for some post-it notes, 3x5 index
cards and a file, a pen and some paper!

Good news everyone!

The Crisis has been solved!

Right now, while the media focuses on the problem
and everything that's going wrong in the world,
the solution has already been prepared.

The answer, my friend, will not be announced to us from
a podium. And it won't be reported on the evening news.

The answer has already been written...on your Heart.

The solution to every problem is created in the Heart,
even as the problem manifests in our experience.

I repeat, the Crisis has been solved!

It is time now to start living from the solution.

It is time to start living from your Heart...

THIS WEEK'S LIFENAVIGATION TIP: The Solution

A mind that operates without guidance from the Heart
is filled with fear, doubt, and anger. Such a mind can
only create more of the problems and crises that it
projects and perceives.

When the crisis gets big enough, and those to whom we've
given control over our lives are unable to solve our
problems for us; that is when we can find the motivation
to look within, and find the power within ourselves.

That is where it has always been, despite appearances.

What appears to be a negative situation is actually our
greatest opportunity. This is a critical time, when
choosing to live in fear and reaction, or from Love and
response-ability, will make a very real difference in
our lives, and the lives of future generations as well.

Take time this week to meditate. If you have books or
materials about intuition, inner guidance, and/or
your inner compass, pull them off the shelf, dust
them off and read them again. Most importantly, when
something appeals to you or moves you, apply it in
your life right away. Don't wait any longer.

If you need help finding resources to help you, I've begun
adding links and descriptions to resources I have looked
into myself. Some of them I've used, others look promising
or offer valuable free services.
